Drake & Kannemeyer completed a Planned Maintenance Survey of all public buildings for the States of Jersey.
The survey included some 400 buildings on over 200 sites across the island. Buildings included all State schools, hospitals, recreation facilities, police and fire stations, prison facilities, library, market halls, offices and many other diverse buildings. The project was completed to programme and our survey teams whilst expecting to work in good weather conditions, found themselves suffering some of the worst weather to hit Jersey for over 40 years. So bad in deed that part of the sea wall defences at St Hellier was washed away in one of the highest recorded tides to hit the island.
